This effect is inspired from Dr. Strange who is one of my favorite superheroes. This effect is made using poiyomi and mochi shader so make sure you have both installed. Both are free for use so dont worry. You can replace the skybox inside the circle to make it a galaxy or any kind of environment you would like to be on the other side of the portal. It should be plug and play so just make sure to use a world constraint and youre good to go. Hope you enjoy it!
